Take a deep breath with me.
Bring your focus gently to the tip of your nose.
Inhale as deeply as you can.
Hold for one second.
Then exhale — slowly, completely — push all the air out.
You can move your arms with the breath if it helps.
Let your inhale fill you with fresh energy and clarity.
Let your exhale release stress, chaos, and anything that no longer serves you.
