I teach breathwork and the valuable lesson I’ve learned is that people often put too much pressure on their breathing.
True relaxation comes from observing the breath without judgment, allowing it to flow naturally. It’s about letting go, not forcing, and finding peace in the simplicity of each inhale and exhale.
Especially when starting to practice breathing exercises. (And no I am not talking about more dynamic ‘breath control’ techniques. Yet. But I might soon. ✨)
